Any chance the case is stamped L3, making this one a 1953? I immediately think Her Excellency based on the shape and design, but I don't find this particular case. I find the dial in that line in similar square case; but not in this case, which I find used in the Miss Universe, but I don't see the rose option in that line.

@Abdersok......You are correct, this watch is NOT PINK, it's YELLOW GOLD FILLED.  I made a mistake in the details. I must apoligize.

OK, yellow gold  would suggest Miss Universe case per this 1953 ad.

Jewel count suggests possible movement swap. I don't find another example of this face in either Miss Universe case or Her Excellency. Non-conforming (marriage) or Miss Universe unknown variant w/ correct face noting replaced movement?

Tough call for me.

I downloaded the photo and enlarged it; date code looks like L3 to me but I may be wrong.

I'm with you Ken; and wonder if this might be a marriage - or maybe just an undocumented HE variant?

I agree to me it looks like a Miss Universe case with a Her Exellency dial.  I can't see a date stamp on the movement.  I wonder if it dates to the late 40s it may confirm.  Miss Universe has a 17 Jewel and the Her Exellency having the 21 Jewel movements.  I have the Her Excellency "N" and it has that dial in pink but I have seen it in yellow.  Here is a Miss Universe ad from 1952.

Here is a Her Excellency "S" with that dial.

This looks like it matches my watch perfectly.
