This is technically a true "Director" model...the horned lug ones are "Director-A" models. I guess you can say they're all "Directors" but I find that the people who are far more particular and petty on identifying a models have jumped into naming the other horned lug variant a "Director " which is incorrect. A little reseacrh of the ads will bear this out.
