I don't know if I've seen this one either gents.  1953 really small little ladies watch.  I'd say a Nurse's but I don't know.

Runs well, lumi hands and numerals.

Unknown for now, but no doubt a nurse/doctors watch. The Nightingale model was used over a number of decade. Might eventually fall into this category.

At the moment we have a generic model category for "Nurses watch". Any objections to ID as this for now?

Lots of Lady Bulova models had "normal" lugs at this time, but all autos that I see. Nightingales all had single lugs at each end.
