1950 Bulova Academy Award in original display case. Ribbed Dial is covered with a three bevel thick crystal. Original ribbed Kreisler Quality matching bracelet included.

Presumably, this watch was labeled the "W" variant of the Academy Award based on the crystal specifications.  G-S Catalog No. 52 lists the Academy Award "W" as taking the X775 (21.5mm x 17.5mm).  I have this model of AA and can confirm that those crystal specifications are correct for the watch.  No other AA variant is listed in the catalog as using that crystal.
