I have replaced picture-2 because I now know the importance of that new picture: it shows not a tag of the seller of this watch, but the original Bulova-tag.
Page 13 of the Bulova Price Guide 1955 on this site, refers to this # 37171: President-A.
About the strap I'm not sure: it's marked Hamilton.
