Watch Description

This is a 1943 10K rolled gold plate ladies watch.  I believe it is the Miss Air Warden (if not I will have to replace my photos lol).  This is one of the models I was hoping to be able to find.  Looks like a band replacement.  It is pretty worn so I will try to replace it at some point.  It has one of the little dust covers on the crown.  Those go on the inside of the case?  Right?  I have had a few of these and they are difficult.  Any advise would be appreciated.  Thanks : )

Very nice. We haven't seen too many of these WWII era ladies watches.

Thank you.  I initially wanted to get a mens military watch but once I started collecting the ladies have grown on me.  Do you know if the crown dust cover goes in the case or on the outside?  I have gotten a few with them now and they don't seem to fit inside very well.

I would imagine the crown dust cover goes on the inside. Perhaps the good Rev can confirm.
