Watch Description

21 jewel 6AE USA movement with arrow date stamp. Case has very thin scroll work to the left and right of crystal. Case is gold filled and slightly curved. Inside case back reads Bulova New York. Case back reads the serial numbers between the bottom lugs and B-10K Gold Filled between the upper lugs. Band is a Benrus expandable 1/20-10k GF w/ stainless steel bottoms. Research led me to two contenders; Treasurer or President. I'm leaning towards President because of the 21 jewel movement. Update: Case length to ends of lugs: 1 3/4" approx 44.45mm Case width: 3/4" approx 19.05mm Crystal length: 1" approx 25.4mm Crystal width: 9/16" approx 14.29mm

I think you nailed this one as President.  1938 ad below:

Yes, I agree with a President ID on this one. Nice watch.

Dial is a match for the Bulova Treasurer. We don't have any President adverts matching this dial, so it's either an unknown Bulova President variant, a Treasurer with a movement swap, or yet another unknown modee

I just noticed the thin rectangle that borders the exterior of the hour markers in this ad, everything matches the dial in question except for this.

Stephen makes a good point. The dial has the minute tracks printed inside the hour markers on subject watch. The "President" ads show the minute tracks printed outside the hour markers.

Measurement of the case length will show which this is.

That will sure help.  I do see Treasurer dial in same ad as President.

I do not know, but to all Treasurers from this period we have in database are identical dial but 17 jewels movement, perhaps this is a movement exchanged
