I have seen these and others with enamel polished off, as customers bring them in, asking if I can re-enamel them. Oftentimes it is the cutomer who has used a high speed tool to polish the case and has stripped it completely. This makes ID problematic.

No problem for me. I don't see how a Cyrano argument can be made with no evidence of enameling.

Confirmed Trojan until and unless someone produces Bulova paperwork relating this case serial # to another model. If that ever happens (not likely) and it turns out to have originally been a Cyrano then it would be Non-Conforming since it's missing it enamal.

I have a  Cyrano , same as in the advert , almost done with a restoration , I will post it soon

This watch is entered twice. It's got a different model name and year in that other thread.  Mabye we can decide which record is the best to keep.
