Model or Function

Submitted by FifthAvenueRes… on September 15, 2013 - 6:52am

This particular Watch rolled through Our 2nd favorite website some time ago, most may have seen it, someone here may have bought it.

What appears to be an original Dial is hallmarked with both the 'SEA KING' and wrist alarm insignias with Dial characterists pointing toward a 'SEA KING' model.

In lieu of what is showing, to Me, the Watch raises a specific question:

Wrist Alarm - stand alone Model or function.

See that self....way up high...yep that one....how about we put it there and come back to it when we have an advert :-)

What's the date of the watch? 1961+

If I had to name it, I'd say it was a Sea King "Wrist Alarm" variant....but that's just me.

Great watch and somewhat a rare find I'd say.

Hour markers are same as my 70 Sea King.

In this case, I'd say the Wrist Alarm has been relegated to function. This looks like a Sea King, albeit with the alarm movt. Just my HO.

agreed: In this instance I believe We are seeing a 'SEA KING' with a wrist alarm function. Does this not suggest that wrist alarm is a function incorporated across various models as recently discovered with the "Mystery Dial" ?
