Found my grandmother's antique Bulova watch! I know nothing about it though!

This watch was my grandmother's. She gave it to me when I was a little girl. It has been sitting in my closet for years and I just came across it again by accident. I was able to find out, by the code on the back, that it was manufactured in 1951. Other than that I know know nothing about it. It would mean the world to me if anyone has any information about it.

Also it doesn't seem to work but im not  sure that I wound it correctly.

May I suggest that you add the watch to this site and upload 3 photos.

The 23 on the dial is a dead give-away :-)

Its a Bulova 23.
