Bulova movement holder

Just thought this curio might interest you guys, 50th anniversary brass card holder, seller did not know what it was but it looks like it may be bronze with the patina, will know more when it comes. Pics by eastcoastauctions.

I believe this is a Movement holder bobbee.

I have one or two.  They are old and cool....but let me tell you, one wrong move or bump and they shoot the movement across the room like a spring loaded movement launcher.  I use them for photos of Bulvoa movements, but an darn careful not to launch another movement across the room....

Cool, I didn't know what it was, just assumed it was a desktop card holder! I've got a Bulova movement launcher! Gonna re-sell it under "military watch items" !  HA!

If you look closely, you can just see on the bottom picture some words stamped on the gilt interior.

It says: "MADE BY THE AMERICAN STANDARD WATCH CASE Co."
