We've longed believed that many models had different names depending on the country of sale. The Canadian models inparticular come to mind. Here's a few American Vs Canadian models.

Pease feel free to add as you find them. List the American and Canadian equivalents.

President = Prime Minister

American Girl = Canadian Girl

American Clipper = Canadian Clipper

American Nurse = Canadian Nurse

Miss America = Miss Toronto

So, is there any way to tell them apart? Some of these look identical to their counterparts, I'm still checking.
